Holding more diplomas and certificates than she can count, Olya Zhilinskaya is a booming Face Yoga Instructor with plans to change the world with her knowledge and expertise the subject. She initially found her passion for face yoga during quarantine, where she began practicing it and achieved incredible results. Excited with her accomplishments, she decided to pursue a career in the field to help others do the same.
“By doing self-massage and other techniques, I activated all the natural possibilities of the skin, allowing it to regenerate and self-nourish. Moreover, I felt more balanced and in contact with my own body. I started to hear better what my body needed. These days people live mainly by logic. Thus, many anxieties, depression, and other body illnesses exist. By using self-massage techniques and touching one’s own face and body, it helps to hear its voice clearer. The intuition awakens, and life becomes healthier, happier, and more fulfilled.” – Olya Zhilinskaya.
Her due diligence in the field to learn as much as possible separates Olya from the rest. Through her education, which is accredited and meets European standards, she realized that some face yoga instructors on social media with millions of followers are teaching methods that work against the results they promise. This inspired Olya to become active on social media to expand her reach and teach people worldwide proper techniques and exercises to give them the best results possible.
How did you get started in this business?
I learned about Face Yoga during the pandemic. I was curious about the natural ways to improve the overall facial appearance and started doing face yoga for myself and got tremendous results without skincare. From there, I started taking lots of professional education and discovered this topic from different angles, such as anatomy, psychosomatics, and the chakra system.

I make revenue through individual consultations and group classes. However, I plan on expanding my business through social media soon.

Actually, no. I was so confident in what I learned, and its potential to positively change the world that I never doubted it or myself.
