Leveraging social media has been incredibly effective. It allows me to showcase properties, share insights into the market, and engage directly with potential clients. A strong online presence helps in building trust and visibility.

The toughest decision was to pivot some of our traditional in-person services to digital platforms due to the pandemic. It required reevaluating our approach to client interaction and adapting quickly to maintain the quality of our service.

What do you think makes you successful?

I believe my success comes from a genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to my clients’ needs. Keeping their best interests at heart and continuously striving to exceed their expectations has been the cornerstone of my success.

The most satisfying moment was when I established my own brokerage, Re/Max City Accord Realty Inc. It marked the realization of a dream and the beginning of a new chapter where I could further impact the real estate market.

The future looks bright. I plan to continue integrating sustainable practices into our offerings and leveraging technology to enhance client experiences. I’m excited about the potential for growth and the opportunities to innovate within the industry.

What business books have inspired you?
