Leigh Ann Orsi Career Achievements
The start of Orsi’s career came earlier than most. At a young age, Orsi became involved in the Hollywood scene. By the time she was 13, she already had hundreds of commercials, TV series and movies under her belt.
As a young adult, Orsi pursued her passion for athletics, competing in major martial arts and dance competitions. In 2006, at the age of 25, Orsi chose to use her life experience to launch a Hollywood-based fitness business that eventually grew to 25 locations around the country. Two years later, the young entrepreneur created a legendary aerial acrobatics dance show. This gave Orsi experience in financial management, production, directing and choreography.
Current Objectives
Both personally and professionally, Orsi continues empowering individuals from all walks of life, helping them realize their full potential and find the courage to act on their gifts. Orsi believes in combining business skills and financial ingenuity with mental well-being, physical fitness, and herbal medicine. When not assisting clients, Orsi frequently visits exotic locales, such as Thailand, Japan, Greece, Indonesia, and South America.
How did you get started in this business?
A friend approached me to help them with some health and welllness issues, and we decide to do a 6-month coaching agreement. During that agreement, she became the first client to use my proprietary life planning and dream accomplishment system to help guide her choices and improve her feelings of fulfillment in life.
How do you make money?
I do one on one and group coaching for people looking to improve their lives, and I am developing a proprietary system and software to help people plan their lives and accomplish their dreams.
How long did it take for you to become profitable?
I was profitable right away as I started this business at a client’s request.
When you were starting out, was there ever a time you doubted it would work? If so, how did you handle that?
Everyone always has doubts, but I had so much reinforcement from the world around me. There were little signs everywhere that I was on the right track, and I had my own life plan and dream accomplishment system to guide me.
How did you get your first customer?
She approached me and said you have always given me the best advice, and I would like to hire you to help me with these struggles I am having.
What is one marketing strategy (other than referrals) that you’re using that works really well to generate new business?
I think it’s very important to have beautiful branding and imagery. When people look at the ways I represent myself online. It’s always consistent and high quality, which is exactly what people can expect from everything I offer.
What is the toughest decision you’ve had to make in the last few months?
The biggest decision I’ve had recently is whether or not to start a podcast, one where people can hear my coaching style live and learn from other people’s experiences. So look out for that coming up in the future 😉
What do you think it is that makes you successful?
My drive and work ethic.
My belief in myself and my skills.
My positive self-talk.
My commitment to learning and continuing to grow.
My ability to listen to people, make sure they feel heard, and help them find new options and perspectives they may not have seen on their own.
What has been your most satisfying moment in business?
Watching people transform their lives and find purpose and fulfillment.
What does the future hold for your business? What are you most excited about?
I am developing a strategy for people to get crystal clear on what they want in life, and a system to guide them to achieve inspiration, fulfillment, and freedom.

What advice would you give to your younger self?
Success comes from a place of calm, not desperation.
You cannot prove yourself worthy through success. I had it the wrong way around. Feeling worthy comes first, then success flows.
Make your space and inner self calm, then you can thrive. Chaos in your life cannot be overcome with more work and more chaos.
Listen to the things people trying to help you are telling you. They are usually right.
Are you willing to be a mentor? If so, how should someone contact you?
I am willing to mentor. Please reach me through my website, leighannspeaking.com.
