How do you make money?

We primarily make money through our educational institution and healthcare services. Tuition fees from students attending our school and revenue from healthcare services provided at our hospital contribute to our income streams.

How long did it take for you to become profitable?

It took several years to become profitable, especially during the initial phases of establishing and expanding our educational institution and healthcare facility. However, with careful financial management and strategic decision-making, we were able to achieve profitability over time.

When you were starting out, was there ever a time you doubted it would work?

There were certainly moments of doubt, especially during challenging times such as economic downturns or when facing unexpected obstacles. However, my belief in our mission and the importance of our work in education and healthcare always helped me push through those doubts.

How did you get your first customer?

Our first customers came through word-of-mouth referrals and community outreach efforts. By demonstrating the quality of education and healthcare services we provided, we were able to attract our initial clientele and build a solid reputation in our community.

One marketing strategy that has worked well for us is leveraging community engagement and partnerships. By actively participating in community events, collaborating with local organizations, and sponsoring relevant initiatives, we have been able to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.

The toughest decision I’ve had to make recently was regarding the allocation of resources during a period of financial uncertainty. Balancing the need to maintain high-quality services with financial sustainability required careful consideration and tough choices.

What do you think makes you successful?

I believe that our commitment to excellence, dedication to serving our community, and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances are key factors in our success. Additionally, the support of our team and the trust of our customers have been instrumental in achieving our goals.

What has been your most satisfying moment in business?

One of the most satisfying moments in business for me was witnessing the positive impact of our educational programs on the lives of our students. Seeing them succeed academically and personally, and knowing that we played a part in their journey, brings immense satisfaction.

These books have provided valuable insights into effective leadership, strategic management, and the importance of purpose-driven business practices.

I would advise my younger self to stay resilient in the face of adversity, remain committed to continuous learning and personal growth, and always prioritize integrity and empathy in business dealings. Additionally, I would encourage him to embrace change and view challenges as opportunities for growth.
