With more than two decades of experience in the corporate world in a plethora of roles, Ganesh Verma is a seasoned entrepreneur. He is the Founder & Director of MoogleLabs, a startup and a subsidiary of Seasia Group of Companies, best known for providing top-notch services by leveraging the latest technologies.

Thanks to his analytical approach and zeal to innovate, Ganesh has time and again proven his mettle by being a bankable advisor to the CEO, CTO, and the Board of Directors. Ganesh has always had this innate passion for innovating holistic solutions for problems related to automated software, and MoogleLabs, the growing startup, allows him to do just that.

He is exceptionally proud of successfully building a company that has not only pushed him a step further on the corporate ladder but is also making a difference in business operations.

How did you get started in this business?

One of the many things I observed while working with Seasia Infotech, the parent company of MoogleLabs, was how the markets lacked automated software solutions that could be relied upon for streamlining all kinds of operations.

With technologies such as Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, and Blockchain, among others, touching new milestones every day, I was confident about building something unique in this space with some help from other technology enthusiasts and professionals.

I am glad that I was successfully able to conceptualize and establish an environment that facilitated the realization of our collective vision and goals.

How do you make money?

We are a fast-growing startup specializing in making customizable and automated software solutions at unparalleled prices for our clientele worldwide; that is how we make money, too. The fact that we have accumulated praise and goodwill, among other accolades, in such a short period has helped us attract new clients at an enormous rate.

How long did it take for you to become profitable?

It gives me immense pleasure to share that even though MoogleLabs has been in the business for only two years, we have been profitable from the start. Needless to say, this has given us the confidence to double down on our efforts and expand our features.

When you were starting out, was there ever a time you doubted it would work? If so, how did you handle that?

Starting MoogleLabs wasn’t an impulsive decision. In fact, it was a well-thought-out move, keeping all the potential challenges and hurdles we might face in our minds. I had full faith in my team and the due diligence performed by them from the very beginning, thus, leaving little room for doubt.

However, I believe technical expertise and thirst for knowledge are two traits that have helped me immensely through this journey.

How did you get your first customer?

While getting the first customer is a challenge most companies face when starting out, luckily, we didn’t struggle much. Thanks to Seasia’s extensive clientele, we could identify and reach out to just the right clients we were sure would benefit from our automated software solutions.

What is one marketing strategy (other than referrals) that you’re using that works really well to generate new business?

My team and I leverage social media to reach out to potential clients. When it comes to finding people that’d be interested in working with and on emerging technologies such as AI/ML and blockchain, platforms such as Instagram, Discord, and Twitter seem to have pushed conventional marketing to the back seat.

What is the toughest decision you’ve had to make in the last few months?

Since MoogleLabs is still in its early stage, we are primarily focused on expanding our team and business. Fortunately, I have not had to make any difficult decisions yet.

What do you think it is that makes you successful?

The awareness that success isn’t achieved overnight. I have always believed that becoming successful is an ongoing process, not just a milestone. Everyone at MoogleLabs has worked hard to achieve our common goal, ensuring a hundred percent customer satisfaction, and the results are for everyone to see.

What has been your most satisfying moment in business?

While my team and I have worked on several amazing products over the last couple of years, the most rewarding experience, so far, has been creating a recommendation system for skincare using machine learning. It is a one of its kind product that offers personalized recommendations for skincare ingredients based on your input on skin texture, medical issues, and more.

What does the future hold for your business? What are you most excited about?

2022 has already been an exciting year for MoogleLabs. Still, we look forward to collaborating with the best minds in the domains such as DevOps, Blockchain, and Data Analytics to create comprehensive solutions for our clients across the globe.

For MoogleLabs, the biggest addition in 2022 has been the incorporation of Metaverse services. We have created a virtual meeting room based on Metaverse that is highly engaging and extremely efficient at conducting virtual office meetings. And we are still working on expanding the platform to provide several other solutions to businesses at large.

What business books have inspired you?

Peter Thiel’s Zero to One is the book that has single-handedly inspired me to do better every day. If I had to pick a favorite quote from the book, it would be: “The most valuable businesses of coming decades will be built by entrepreneurs who seek to empower people rather than try to make them obsolete.”

What advice would you give to your younger self?

I would tell my younger self that learning to manage risks is, perhaps, as important as having the courage to take risks. Before making a new move, ensure you have spent enough time understanding your clients’ expectations and the nuances of building a delightful solution that meets those expectations.

I would also remind him that making mistakes is a part of the journey, and they often set you up for bigger wins in life if you are resilient enough.

Are you willing to be a mentor? If so, how should someone contact you?

Yes, most definitely. I am passionate about mentoring young, energetic minds who share my vision of making the world a better place for everyone using innovation and technology.

The best way to reach out to me is via LinkedIn.
