At just 26 years of age, Loschiavo already has extensive entrepreneurial experience and has utilized a highly focused approach to identify the specific areas within the real estate industry most in need of a progressive methodology. In doing so, Loschiavo immediately took advantage of the potential benefit inherent in developing a leadgeneration system designed to assist agents in creating a consistent and sustainable pipeline of clients.
A graduate of Arizona State University, Loschiavo’s first entrepreneurial endeavor was AgentZest, which served as the precursor to BoldLeads and was developed with the goal of generating new leads for local real estate agents. Through a combination of a detailoriented approach to research and his practical experience generating leads, Loschiavo was able to successfully enhance the effectiveness of his initial concept through the use of an intuitive CRM along with a fully automated followup system and allencompassing training programs. Through the implementation of these extensive and highly effective updates, what originally began as AgentZest has since become BoldLeads.
The efficacy of the BoldLeads system has earned Loschiavo widespread praise from real estate agents along with the business community at large. How did you get started in this business? What inspired you to start this business?
I was running ad campaigns for local businesses and real estate agents in college, and realized just how much demand there was for such a service. My Mom was a real estate broker and was more than willing for me to test out new campaign ideas and lead gen strategies with her brokerage.
How do you make money?
We assist real estate agents in creating a systematic and sustainable source of real estate leads through the use of our system. The manner in which we are able to accomplish this is exceptionally valuable to agents, especially due to the efficiency of the system and the improved quality of the leads.
How long did it take for you to become profitable?
We were profitable in our first week of business.
When you were starting out, was there ever a time you doubted it would work? If so, how did you handle that?
Since we already had clients prior to launching, and were constantly testing new strategies, we already knew what worked and what didn’t, so that made it much easier.
How did you get your first customer?
My Mom – and cofounder – shared the initial concept with a few of her agent friends, and that group of real estate agents became our first customers and were instrumental in spreading the word regarding the value of our approach to lead generation.
What is one marketing strategy (other than referrals) that you’re using that works really well to generate new business?
Targeted content promotion.
What is the toughest decision you’ve had to make in the last few months?
There are so many opportunities, and there are so many directions to go in. The hardest thing personally, is to focus on just one project at a time.
What do you think it is that makes you successful?
Simply outworking everyone else.
What has been your most satisfying moment in business?
Being able to meet some of our clients in person, and hear their feedback. Very powerful.
What does the future hold for your business? What are you most excited about?
We’re just getting started, and we have tons of room to grow. I’m looking forward to a few new product releases and expanding on our initial strategies.

Ben Horowitz’s new book is fantastic, as is Peter Thiel’s Z ero to One.
What is a recent purchase you have made that’s helped with your business?
It has long been my belief that spending wisely on human resources is the best possible business investment, and the recent additions we have made to our team have only reinforced this belief.
How has your company evolved since it was founded?
We’ve grown from 2 people in a kitchen in Chandler, Arizona to 35 people in 18 different cities around the world.
