How did you get started in this business? What inspired you to start this business?

Since I’m so passionate about fitness and nutrition, I never saw myself doing anything other than personal training and fitness coaching.

How do you make money?

I work with both online and in-person clients to create custom nutrition and fitness training plans.

How long did it take for you to become profitable?

I developed a lean startup business model to ensure the business would be profitable within a month or so, which it was.

When you were starting out, was there ever a time you doubted it would work? If so, how did you handle that?

No, not in least bit. I knew there would be a big payoff if I committed to investing my time and energy into this business, and I was right.

My early clients were all the product of word of mouth.

Deciding how to arrange my schedule in a way that maximizes the time I have available to clients is usually the most difficult process I deal with each month.

What do you think it is that makes you successful?

I love everything about what I do: I’m excited about getting right to work each and every morning when I wake up.

What has been your most satisfying moment in business?

Getting to meet Dexter Jackson was especially gratifying, and I’m certainly proud that I’ve been featured in so many prominent health and fitness publications.

What does the future hold for your business? What are you most excited about?
