As a result, he was able to perfect his business skills and launch his own business with a strong foundation of marketing strategies and client-oriented approach at the center of his business.

How did you start in the industry?
Ever since I was young, I’ve always had a strong passion to develop products and concepts and helping people through education. Aside from that my interest in technology, digital marketing, and finance made me combine all those as a consultant.
My first official position was as Corporate Sales Executive at European Financial brokerage firm. There I had the opportunity to learn from the best financial minds on how they succeed. Apart from that, I was given the opportunity to work with big names in finance that had my interest peaked.
I then decided to start a company and professionalize my concepts, and Armin Ordodary Group is what came out of it. Our firm provides services such as tax advisory, strategic planning, financial structuring, and business development. We also specialize in digital marketing and online business solution development.
How do you come up with new ideas?
I like to start with something I am interested in, whether it is sports or finance. Based on this interest, I try to develop concepts and build prototypes for each one of them. Throughout the process of developing ideas, I always ask myself what people will benefit from it the most.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I get to work with people who are passionate about what they do, regardless of the industry. This allows me to develop a good understanding of the business and be most effective in it.
Aside from that, I am able to learn from their experiences and help them grow exponentially.
What habit makes you productive as an entrepreneur?
Being organized and efficient is probably one of the most important things that have helped me be productive as an entrepreneur. In addition, I am open to new ways of doing things and it definitely helps a lot.
What are some challenges you have been through? How did you overcome them?
There are various challenges that I have been through, especially when I just started out as an entrepreneur. Some of the challenges included having an idea that doesn’t gain much traction. In addition, there were also times when I felt like giving up because I thought that I wasn’t going to make it.
However, these challenges helped me become a better entrepreneur and what drove me forward was my passion for developing products and services that would not only set businesses apart but more importantly, help people.
What top 3 qualities make a successful entrepreneur?
Self-discipline: Discipline is very important especially when it comes to managing time and resources. Having this quality helps entrepreneurs handle certain challenges that come their way.
Ability to take risks: Entrepreneurship also carries a significant risk, which tests the patience and steel of an individual. However, having the ability to take risks brings out a level of confidence that is also needed to succeed in this field.
Passion: Passion and persistence can help entrepreneurs perform better and be more successful in life. With passion, they are able to keep pushing forward even if faced with challenges or failures.
How do you define success?
With the kind of industry I’m in, success is more on the financial side. However, success to me also has a great impact on the quality of life I lead, my family’s well-being, and my ability to contribute back to society.
Apart from that, it is also through being able to help people and businesses achieve their goals, whether it is to expand or reduce. I get a sense of fulfillment about it and this drives me to do even better in the future.
What has been your most significant achievement?
My most significant achievement has been being able to work with and learn from big names in different industries. Opportunities as such also allow me to provide my knowledge and experience to entrepreneurs and that, for me, has been a great achievement.
What are your plans for the future?
I plan on continuing to develop digital marketing and online business solutions in emerging markets in MENA and South East Asia. Apart from that, I also look forward to working with more entrepreneurs as well as venture capitalists to help them grow exponentially.
What advice can you give aspiring entrepreneurs?
My advice to aspiring entrepreneurs would be to prepare themselves to work hard and face various challenges. They should also be patient, especially when it comes to their ideas growing or gaining traction.
Although the journey may be difficult at times, they should go for it because once they are successful, all the hard work becomes worth it.
What is the single most important element for a business to survive?
To survive, a business needs to be able to provide value for its customers. Particularly, the business should stand out from its competitors and it should have something unique that makes it very profitable for customers.
What marketing tactics do you find most effective for reaching new customers?
I think one of the most effective marketing tactics for reaching new customers is through social media, specifically Facebook. I use it to advertise my business and in return, I have seen a significant increase in revenue.
How important is it for businesses to build their online presence?
It is very important for businesses to have a strong digital presence. This can be a great advantage in terms of market penetration, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Living in a digital age, customers are able to buy products and services easily online. With an effective digital marketing campaign, businesses can reach their target market in a cost-efficient manner.
What are some business books you recommend?
Anything by Robert Kiyosaki; in fact, all his books are really good! But if I had to mention one, it will be “Rich Dad Poor Dad: What the Rich Teach Their Kids about Money-That the Poor and Middle Class Do Not!”

I relate to this quote a lot because there is always so much to learn and experience in life. In addition, it also motivates me to keep moving forward and never stop learning about anything new.
