How did you get started in this business?

I’m a helper, and ever since I was a young man, I had the calling to help people. Being in the health industry caters to that calling and allows me to guide those who feel the same. Guiding a new generation of healthcare professionals is instrumental in ensuring that they succeed and that patient care is at the highest level.

What is one marketing strategy (other than referrals) that you’re using that works really well to generate new business?

One strategy that has been instrumental in growing my business is adopting a customer-centric approach. Putting the needs and preferences of my patients at the forefront has significantly impacted the growth and success of my business.

First and foremost, I make it a priority to truly understand my target audience. This involves conducting market research, gathering feedback, and regularly communicating with my patients to understand their needs, pain points, and desires. I can tailor my products or services to meet their specific expectations by understanding their motivations and challenges.

In addition, I prioritize providing exceptional customer service. I ensure that every interaction with my patients is positive and memorable. Whether through quick and efficient responses to inquiries, personalized recommendations, or going above and beyond to resolve any issues, I strive to create a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Furthermore, I actively seek feedback from my patients. This helps me gauge their satisfaction levels and provides valuable insights for improvement. I take their feedback seriously and use it to iterate on my products or services, making necessary adjustments to better fulfill their needs.

By focusing on my patients and continuously working towards exceeding their expectations, I have built long-lasting relationships and fostered customer loyalty. Satisfied patients become repeat buyers and act as advocates, spreading positive word-of-mouth and referring new patients to my business.

Overall, adopting a customer-centric approach has been key to the growth of my business. By putting my patients first, understanding their needs, delivering exceptional service, and continuously seeking their feedback, I have built a strong and loyal customer base, which has ultimately fueled the success and expansion of my business.

What is the toughest decision you’ve had to make in the last few months?

In the health industry, touch decisions are made every day. I can not pinpoint a single decision but I do know that everything from hiring to letting go, to dismissing patients are all tough choices to make.

The advice I would give my younger self would be to trust my gut. There are so many things I believe in and participate in because I trust my gut. I should have always done that.
