What made you want to do the work you do? Please share the full story.
My journey really began right after I completed my 10th grade. That’s when I first stepped into the world of computer graphics. I started with the basics, learning the fundamental concepts, getting my hands on different software, and slowly building up my technical foundation.
From there, I pursued my graduation, and it was during this period that my perspective began to shift. As I gained more exposure to the industry, I started noticing something the market was missing: there was a significant gap when it came to automation. Businesses needed solutions that could streamline their operations, but those solutions simply weren’t readily available.
That realization became my turning point. I decided to move into automation, and I committed myself to understanding it deeply. Over time, I gained hands-on experience, refined my skills, and developed a real command of the field. What started as curiosity gradually evolved into expertise, and eventually, into the foundation on which I built my own company.
Looking back, every step, from those first lessons in computer graphics to identifying that market gap, shaped the work I do today. It’s been a journey driven by continuous learning and a determination to solve problems that others had overlooked.
How is AI changing your business? What changes are you making to adapt?
AI is genuinely reshaping the landscape, and its impact is being felt across software development companies in virtually every industry. It’s not something happening in the distance, it’s actively driving change and prompting real responses from businesses like ours.
For us, we’ve embraced AI as a partner in how we work. We’re leveraging it to accelerate our software development process, allowing us to move faster and deliver more efficiently than before.
Rather than resisting this shift, we’ve chosen to adapt and integrate AI into our workflow. We see it as a tool that amplifies what our teams can accomplish, and we’re committed to evolving alongside the technology to stay ahead in a fast-moving industry.

There are three key shifts I anticipate as AI continues to mature and integrate into how we operate:
First, I expect AI virtual assistants and AI agents to become integral members of our teams. Rather than working in isolation, our people will increasingly collaborate with intelligent agents that help them accomplish tasks, handle routine work, and free them up to focus on higher-value problem-solving.
Second, the sheer gain in productivity is going to be transformative. To put it in perspective, back in 2021, a task might have required three resources working over five full days to complete. Today, that same task can be done in a matter of a couple of hours. That kind of acceleration fundamentally changes what a small, focused team is capable of delivering.
Third, I believe the role of our people will evolve rather than diminish. As AI takes over repetitive and time-consuming work, our teams will shift toward more strategic, creative, and supervisory roles, guiding the technology, ensuring quality, and applying the human judgment that AI cannot replace. The real advantage will belong to those who learn to work alongside AI most effectively.
What are your greatest 3 skills and how have they helped you succeed?
If I had to identify three skills that have shaped my success, they would be full-stack development, GIS, and software development consultancy.
My foundation in full-stack development has been invaluable. It gave me a complete understanding of how software comes together, from the front-end experience users interact with, all the way through to the back-end systems that power everything behind the scenes. That end-to-end perspective has allowed me to build robust solutions and lead technical teams with genuine credibility.
My expertise in GIS has opened up a specialized dimension to my work. Working with geographic information systems allowed me to tackle complex, data-driven challenges and deliver solutions in areas that many others simply couldn’t. It became a distinct strength that set my work apart in the market.
Finally, software development consultancy has been the skill that ties everything together. It’s not just about writing code; it’s about understanding a client’s needs, advising them on the right approach, and guiding them toward solutions that truly serve their business. This ability to bridge technical depth with strategic insight has been central to building trust with clients and growing the company.
Together, these three skills have complemented one another, the technical mastery, the specialization, and the consultative approach, and they’ve been the driving force behind the success I’ve achieved.
Tell us about a time where you saw a surprising outcome that you did not expect.
One of the most surprising outcomes I’ve experienced came from our adoption of AI in our development process. When we first began integrating it, my expectations were modest. I anticipated some incremental improvements in speed and perhaps a little relief on repetitive tasks.
What actually happened far exceeded those expectations. Tasks that once took a team of resources several days to complete were suddenly being done in a matter of hours. The leap in productivity wasn’t gradual, it was dramatic, and it fundamentally reshaped how we approach our work and what we’re able to deliver for our clients.
That outcome genuinely caught me off guard, and in the best way possible. It was a powerful reminder that the impact of the right technology can be far greater than you predict and that staying open to it can unlock possibilities you never saw coming.
What is the biggest challenge you face each day and how do you handle it?
One of the biggest challenges we navigate on a daily basis is managing the cost of AI. As powerful as these tools are, they can consume a significant amount of tokens, and that translates directly into real expense. When you’re using AI at scale, those costs can add up quickly if left unchecked.
The way we handle it is through constant optimization. We’re always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to work with AI, refining how we structure our processes, being deliberate about where and how we apply these tools, and ensuring we’re getting maximum value out of every use. It’s an ongoing balancing act between leveraging the full capability of AI and keeping our operations lean and cost-effective.
Ultimately, this challenge keeps us disciplined. It pushes us to be intentional and resourceful, which I believe makes us a stronger and more efficient organization in the long run.
What do you value most and why?
What I value most is continuous learning and adaptability. My entire journey from those early days learning computer graphics after 10th grade to identifying a gap in automation to embracing AI in our work today has been built on a willingness to keep learning and evolving.
I’ve seen firsthand how quickly our industry changes. The technologies and assumptions that hold true today can be completely reshaped tomorrow. That’s why I place so much value on staying curious, remaining open to new ideas, and being willing to challenge my own thinking. It’s a mindset that has allowed both me and my company to grow, adapt, and stay ahead in a fast-moving field.
Ultimately, I believe that the ability to keep learning and adapting is what separates those who lead from those who fall behind, and it’s a value I try to instill in every part of our organization.
What are 3 of your goals (could be mix of personal and professional)?
I have goals that drive me forward, spanning both my professional ambitions and my vision for the future.
First, I want to empower AI across different industries. I firmly believe that AI has the potential to transform the way businesses operate, not just in software, but in a wide range of sectors. My goal is to help bring that transformation to life, enabling organizations in various fields to harness the power of AI to work smarter and achieve more.
Second, I’m focused on developing my own company’s operations. Specifically, I want to build a business where our internal operations are powered by AI agents, where intelligent systems handle and streamline the day-to-day work, allowing our teams to operate at peak efficiency. I see this as both a way to strengthen my own company and as a model that demonstrates what’s truly possible when AI is fully integrated into how a business runs.
Third, on a more personal level, I want to continue growing as a leader and stay at the forefront of this rapidly evolving field. As technology advances, I’m committed to constantly learning, sharpening my skills, and ensuring I’m equipped to guide my company and my teams through whatever the future holds.
What is your favorite book and why?
My favorite book is The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel.
What I love about it is that it goes far beyond numbers and financial strategy. It’s really about human behavior and the way we think about money. Housel illustrates how our decisions around wealth are shaped not by formulas, but by our emotions, experiences, and mindset. That perspective resonated deeply with me.
As someone running a business, I’ve come to appreciate that success isn’t just about technical skill or financial know-how. It’s about discipline, patience, and sound judgment. This book reinforced those lessons in a way that’s both simple and profound. It reshaped how I think about money, decision-making, and long-term thinking, and those insights have stayed with me both personally and professionally.
It’s a book I find myself returning to and one I’d recommend to anyone looking to build a healthier, wiser relationship with money.
What advice would you give to your younger self and why?
If I could go back and speak to my younger self, my advice would be this: don’t get lost in theory alone. Focus on practicality.
Early on, it’s easy to believe that mastering the concepts and textbook knowledge is enough. But what truly matters is applying what you learn, getting your hands dirty, and building real, practical experience. That’s where genuine growth and expertise come from.
I’d also tell my younger self to pay close attention to where the world is heading. AI, in particular, is in incredibly high demand and is reshaping every industry. I would urge myself to prepare accordingly, to build the right skills early, stay ahead of the curve, and position myself to thrive in a future that’s being defined by this technology.
In short: learn by doing, stay practical, and always keep an eye on the trends that will shape tomorrow. That mindset makes all the difference.
Who has been your biggest mentor in life (personal or professional) and how have they helped you?
When I reflect on the influences that have shaped me, two stand out above the rest: my teacher and the books I’ve read along the way.
My teacher played a pivotal role in my journey. Beyond simply passing on knowledge, they helped shape the way I think, approach problems, and carry myself both personally and professionally. The guidance and encouragement I received early on gave me a strong foundation to build upon, and much of who I am today can be traced back to that mentorship.
Alongside that, books have been an ongoing source of wisdom and growth for me. In many ways, they’ve served as silent mentors, offering perspectives, lessons, and insights that I might never have encountered otherwise. They’ve challenged my thinking, broadened my understanding, and continually pushed me to become better. Whenever I’ve needed direction or inspiration, I’ve always been able to turn to them.
Together, my teacher and my books have mentored me in complementary ways, one through personal guidance and the other through a lifetime of accumulated knowledge. Both have been instrumental in shaping my path.
Give us words of wisdom. What is one thing your Mom or Dad taught you remember to this day?
One piece of wisdom from my parents has stayed with me throughout my life: always lead with honesty and put all your efforts into your goals.
The value of honesty was instilled in me early on. It’s a principle I carry into everything I do, how I treat my clients, how I lead my team, and how I conduct myself in business. I’ve come to understand that integrity is the foundation of trust, and trust is what allows relationships and reputations to endure.
Equally important was the lesson about giving your all to your goals. Real progress and meaningful achievement come from committing yourself fully to what you set out to do: bringing genuine effort, dedication, and determination to every ambition you pursue. That advice taught me the power of wholehearted commitment, and it’s a mindset that has driven much of what I’ve been able to accomplish.
