In 2020, Vineet took a bold step and founded his own marketing consulting firm, “Thinknow” The firm was established with the mission of helping businesses create meaningful brands and achieve growth through effective marketing strategies. What inspired you to start your entrepreneurial journey and establish ThinkNow?

Growing up in a family that owned a small retail business, I was exposed to the fundamentals of running a business early on. Watching my parents work hard to sustain and grow the store gave me a deep appreciation for entrepreneurship. That environment sparked my desire to one day create something of my own. After completing my MBA at Columbia Business School, I gained valuable hands-on experience in the marketing industry as a manager for a leading advertising agency. However, I always felt the urge to take a leap of faith and build something from scratch where I could control the direction and vision. ThinkNow was born out of that desire to deliver personalized marketing strategies with a strong focus on client needs.

The core of our success lies in our client-first approach. In a market saturated with generic marketing solutions, we set ourselves apart by deeply understanding each client’s unique needs. Many of our current clients have international operations, so we’re looking into how we can support them in those markets. Additionally, we are diving deeper into leveraging AI and automation to optimize campaign performance. These technologies will enable us to offer even more value to our clients by providing faster, data-driven insights that enhance their marketing outcomes. Our long-term vision is to scale ThinkNow into a global marketing powerhouse without losing the personalized touch that sets us apart.

As a leader, what drives you personally, and how do you balance your professional and personal life?

My motivation comes from creating value and making a real impact on our clients’ success stories. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the tangible results of our work in the form of business growth for our clients. On a personal level, I’m a strong advocate for continuous learning. I’m always reading books on business strategy, marketing, and leadership to stay informed and inspired. In terms of balance, my family plays an important role. I make it a point to spend quality time with my wife and children. Traveling, exploring new cultures, and trying new cuisines are also ways I recharge and gain fresh perspectives.

What advice would you offer to aspiring entrepreneurs and young marketers looking to break into the industry?

The marketing industry is fast-paced and constantly changing, so my advice would be to stay curious and always be willing to learn. Don’t shy away from taking risks, as those can lead to the most rewarding experiences. When I started ThinkNow, I took a risk leaving behind the stability of a corporate job, but it has been incredibly fulfilling. Another piece of advice is to focus on building strong relationships. Whether it’s with clients, partners, or your internal team, those relationships are the foundation of long-term success.

Before we conclude, can you tell us about any immediate plans or initiatives ThinkNow has lined up in the coming months?

We’re excited about several upcoming initiatives. We are currently rolling out a set of new service offerings specifically tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises looking to scale. In addition, we have some strategic partnerships in the works that will enable us to offer more comprehensive solutions, particularly in areas like digital transformation and brand strategy. We’re also exploring expanding our team to bring in fresh talent that can add new perspectives to our existing capabilities. These initiatives align with our vision of becoming the go-to marketing partner for businesses across diverse industries.
