Obviously, things get tough at a point in time, but the success of others who passed through difficult tough times gives me enough motivation and energy to keep on doing the right thing, focusing on the adequate points and genuinely giving it my best.

Tell us 3 surprisingly easy and 3 surprisingly difficult things about your business.

The easy things about my business are
1. Making adequate profit when you have goods that is not common among your competitors.
2. Being able to find alternative or close substitutes to goods
3. Ability to identify when a product is superior or inferior

The difficult things in my business are
1. Ability to convince customers that the product you have is more superior to others.
2. Price negotiation
3. Building trust.

What are the 3 things you like best about your work and why?

1. It’s practical in nature: when a customer wants a phone charger, it requires physical testing to ensure it’s compatibility with his device
2. It’s simple to operate: It’s doesn’t undergo series of diagnosis
3. It minimizes complaints: Once the gadget is tested for the customer, it eradicates doubt in its function

What do you think are your 3 biggest weaknesses and how are you overcoming them?

1. Shortage of finance is a big weakness to my business. I have been overcoming it by buying the most needed goods by customers leaving less needed goods.
2 location of business is also negatively affecting my business, I have been overcoming it by using many channels like social media to showcase my products.
3. Customer Choice. Since there is shortage of money, buying varieties of the same goods become difficult, I have been overcoming it by convincing customers to buy the one I have for its the best.

Tell us about a time where you saw a surprising outcome that you did not expect.

It was when my friend rented a shop filled with goods for me to startup.

What is the biggest challenge you face each day and how do you handle it?

Building new customers that have confidence in me is a daily challenge. I am handling it by ensuring I treat any customer with the best customers service.

What is a habit you try to stick to and how has it helped you?

The habit of honesty in serving my customers, explaining to them the differences in the products I have. It has help me to have many customers who have trust in my dealings

How do you celebrate your victories?

I celebrate my victories by maintaining quality standard with my customers. Giving gifts to my customers and friends

My favorite book is Things Fall Apart by chinue Achebe. It’s showcase the reality of life.

Who has been your biggest mentor in life (personal or professional) and how have they helped you?

Lionel Messi of Argentina is my mentor, he is a professional footballler. He passed through many defeats in his career, he even retired from national team after losing many finals, but he didn’t quit, he came back to the national team, he won Copa America and world cup. Today he has completed football. I get inspired whenever I remember his story, it gives me extra confidence that I will succeed irrespective of the challenges.
