How long did it take for you to become profitable?

Through a lot of hard work and dedication, I was able to make Premier Properties Florida’s leading builder of luxury homes and also a profitable operation within my first years of operation. We have a long history of satisfied customers, and our properties are in high demand. Our focus on quality and customer service has allowed us to remain profitable even in the midst of challenging economic conditions.

When you were starting out, was there ever a time you doubted it would work? If so, how did you handle that?

I always had faith in my abilities and knew that I could make Premier Properties a success. However, there were definitely some challenges along the way. The key is to never give up and to learn from your mistakes. For every setback, there is an opportunity to come back stronger than ever before.

How did you get your first customer?

I got my first customer by networking and getting my name out there. I also made sure to offer top-notch customer service and quality products. It doesn’t take much for the word to spread when you back it up by doing excellent work.

What is one marketing strategy (other than referrals) that you’re using that works really well to generate new business?

We offer a wide range of services and properties that cater to a variety of buyers. This allows us to reach a wider audience and generate new business. Additionally, our focus on customer service ensures that our clients are happy and satisfied, which leads to referrals.

What is the toughest decision you’ve had to make in the last few months?

The toughest decision I’ve had to make in the last few months was whether or not to expand our operations into new markets. After careful consideration, we decided to move forward with expansion and it has been a great decision for the company.

I believe that my success is due to my dedication, hard work, and determination. I’m always looking for new opportunities and ways to improve our business.
