I became enthralled with technological problem-solving during my early years. My curiosity compelled me to break apart everything so that I could understand its internal functioning. I succeeded with some repairs and failed with others. My curiosity about software and automation allowed me to construct valuable solutions.
The beginning of my professional journey revealed how organizations fought against demanding yet lengthy and boring tasks. Research confirmed that there must be a superior approach available. I made Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI my focus, which showed me automation helps companies manage their time more efficiently while minimizing errors to enhance productivity. The experience taught me that subtle modifications can produce meaningful effects in business operations.
Problem-solving has become such an intense passion of mine that it motivated me to establish my roots in RamamTech. My vision was to establish a company that would assist organizations in leveraging technological advancements for premium performance rather than maintaining the status quo. My professional work extends beyond programming and software creation because I make it my mission to recognize distinct obstacles faced by companies and uncover the best solutions for each business requirement.
My motivation stems from the passion I have for constant innovation. Technical progress continuously develops, generating fresh opportunities to discover new ways for creation and advancement. The greatest professional reward stems from observing firsthand how our work transforms business operations.
Tell us 3 surprisingly easy and 3 surprisingly difficult things about your job.
Three Surprisingly Easy Aspects of My Job:
Creativity in Problem-Solving:
Technological employment often gets mistaken for solely coding and logic work however the creative elements that go into it stand out remarkably. Solving business challenges through automation and software development presents an intellectual puzzle that brings constant satisfaction to me.
The Impact on Businesses:
The remarkable thing about automation is that it delivers significant business transformation with minimal adjustments. The feeling of fulfillment arrives when we observe our work enabling businesses to save time and money while expanding their operations. Making an impact, for me is easy, given I have the right tools and a good team.
Building Relationships Across Industries:
The greatest aspect of working at my job involves interacting with businesses across all industries. I once assisted an e-commerce brand in optimizing its operations before transitioning, to help adjust to AI-enabled automation systems. Businesses across every sector deal with unique problems that create an ongoing challenge for growth. As a problem solver, I find it easy to help people across industries transition from human employees to RPA bots.
Three Surprisingly Difficult Aspects of My Job:
Permanent Commitment to Rapid Technological Advancements:
Modern technology progresses quickly which demands perpetual learning if you want to maintain leadership positions.
Helping Clients Understand Automation:
The challenging aspect of demonstrating the value of RPA to businesses delays the implementation of AI systems and automation.
Balancing Innovation with Practicality
A business may think that creative and groundbreaking technology options do not match its requirements. External forces make it problematic to discover solutions that work well with practical business needs.
What are the 3 things you like best about your work and why?
Solving Problems with Technology:
Complex problems energize me because I thrive when I develop innovative simple solutions to complex problems. Business improvement through implemented technology brings me deep satisfaction as an engineer.
Constant Learning & Innovation:
Fast evolution in the tech sector satisfies me because I like working to stay current. Each project within my work brings fresh knowledge about different aspects such as automation technology and artificial intelligence as well as new sectors.
The People & Collaboration:
I find great satisfaction in exchanging ideas between myself, clients, team members, and tech professionals. Daily contact with innovation along with ambition delivers inspirational experiences throughout my workday.
What do you think are your 3 biggest weaknesses and how are you overcoming them?
Perfectionism:
My excessive attention to achieving perfect results commonly results in getting less work done. I have become better at seeking progress as I understand the value of trusting my teammates instead of striving for absolute perfection by myself.
Taking on Too Much:
Due to my deep enthusiasm for the tasks, I sometimes extend beyond my capacity. I am focusing on assigning work to others and establishing concrete limits between work and personal life because these actions help me stay productive and focused.
Explaining Tech to Non-Tech People:
Every organization contains individuals who do not understand the technical language of automation and Artificial Intelligence. My communication ability is gradually improving through simplifying technical explanations while explaining the practical advantages that technological solutions provide to businesses.
Tell us about a time you were dead wrong about something.
At the start of my career, I believed automation solutions would be simple to promote and sell. My exact thoughts at that time were – “who wouldn’t want a solution for their boring and never-ending jobs?”. But slowly I realised that people do not purchase technology by itself. They need trust to make a purchase. Businesses were cautious about automation since they worried it would ruin their staff positions and damage technical systems. My assumption was incorrect when I believed visual evidence alone would persuade them. So I changed my strategy. Now I make sure that the customer knows all that they need to about our technology and make them feel safe using our system before presenting our solutions.
What is the biggest challenge you face each day and how do you handle it?
Balancing innovation with practicality. Every technological change should be measured against how they benefit a specific business operation. All businesses change and the RPA needs to deliver concrete performance results to support our organizational targets. I make sure our RPA is scalable and adaptable to any kind of change that the company might face. I believe that when you are working in a company like Ramam Tech you should always be prepared for anything and everything.
What do you value most and why?
Impact. I prioritize taking actions that enhance the quality of whatever work I take up. Let it be mentoring a team member, making the business more efficient, or helping clients with their problems. My focus on results is what drives me to work harder every single day.
What are 3 of your goals (could be mix of personal and professional)?
1) Create the fame Ramam Tech deserves. I want to help Ramam Tech become a top company in RPA implementation, solving automation and artificial intelligence related issues.
2) Use my AI knowledge to build improved automation systems for our customers.
3) Make a healthier job schedule so I can develop my other skills and try new things.
What is your favorite movie and why?
Inception. I like watching movies that blend creativity with challenging outcomes and fresh ideas. The best creative solutions emerge when you escape the habitual limits of your thoughts.
What advice would you give to your younger self and why?
“Fail faster.” During my early business career, I evaluated every decision instead of acting swiftly. I was afraid of failing and making mistakes. I would tell my younger self to make choices without fear because you will progress only through trial and error.
Who has been your biggest mentor in life (personal or professional) and how have they helped you?
In my life, I have come across a lot of great mentors. But the one that stands out the most is my former manager. Under my former manager, I learned about strategic thinking. My manager showed me that I require strong leadership and effective speaking to match technical skills for success.
Just for fun, what is your favorite ice cream flavor?
My favorite ice cream flavor is Chocolate fudge brownie. Chocolate fudge brownie is a rich, flavourful, and delicious dessert. In life, I strive for both traditional enjoyment and added zest just like this rich combination of fudge brownie. Chocolate fudge brownie matches my personality more than anything.
