Yes, my most creative personal trait which is my sense of curiosity enabled me to succeed. What is a recent purchase you have made that’s helped with your business?

I recently spent $ 100 in learning Spanish a foreign language course at Berlitz that has opened my brains to other cultures, ways of ideas and other styles. This course has helped me in gaining more knowledge while doing my business across the globe.

What is one piece of software that helps you be creative? How do you use it?

I use many applications that assisted me to save money and time. For instance, live chat is a reasonably inexpensive way to serve my clients in a flexible manner and track issues as well look professional.
